Home / About Ritu
Hello, I'm RituI have always been happiest with something in my hands — knitting needles, an embroidery hoop, a paintbrush or a wooden spoon. This little website is where I share all of it with you.

Knitting and embroidery are slow crafts, and I love them for it. A throw or a cushion takes days of quiet work, and I think you can feel that when you wrap yourself in it.
Painting is where I let go. I work mostly in acrylics, with big brushes and palette knives, chasing colour — the yellows of marigolds, the pinks of Holi, the deep blues of the sea.
Visit the studioFood is how my family says "I love you". I cook the Indian dishes I grew up with, the Indo-Chinese everyone secretly craves, and the Italian and continental food I've learned to love along the way.
When you order from my kitchen, I cook it the way I would for my own guests — fresh, generous, and packed so it's easy for you to serve.

I make a few things at a time so each one gets proper attention.
